Seminar & Networking Event

On the evening of 5th November, we hosted our in-person seminar and networking event. It was fantastic meeting everyone face-to-face, reconnecting, and exchanging ideas as a community.

We began with updates on our completed/ongoing rebranding initiatives and welcomed our newly appointed committee members—both elected and non-elected appointments.

Following the opening, we had insightful seminars by Mr. Ramadhan Akmal Putra and Ms. Seow Khei Yinn, who shared their work on acoustic camera and noise mapping, respectively. Their presentations sparked engaging discussions and provided invaluable insights for everyone in attendance. A heartfelt thank you to our two speakers.

We wrapped up the evening with a networking dinner, where conversations continued over good food and extended well beyond the planned time—right up until the restaurant closed.

We were also thrilled to see new walk-ins interested in joining our community! We hope our members can continue spreading the word to help grow our society and strengthen the acoustics community here in Singapore!
